Welcome to Strategicum. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at strategicumch.com and the event logistics and coordination services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Service Description

Strategicum provides professional event logistics and coordination services, including but not limited to:

Venue sourcing and booking
Event planning and project management
On-site coordination and management
Vendor and supplier coordination
Transport, setup, and teardown logistics
Permit acquisition and regulatory compliance
Budget management and financial reporting

Specific services for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements between Strategicum and the client.

3. Service Agreements

All event logistics services are governed by individual service agreements that specify the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific service agreement. In case of conflict, the specific service agreement shall prevail.

4. User Obligations

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or entering into service agreements
Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your event
Make timely payments as specified in service agreements
Provide timely decisions and approvals to avoid delays in event planning

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Strategicum or its content suppliers and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Event-specific materials created by Strategicum as part of a service engagement (such as event plans, run sheets, and logistics documents) become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit is required upon signing the service agreement
Progress payments may be required at defined milestones
Final payment is due within 14 days of event completion
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Austrian law

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in individual service agreements. In general:

Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: full refund minus administrative costs
Cancellations 60–90 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee is retained
Cancellations less than 60 days before the event: full fee is retained

Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) that prevent the event from taking place will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of reaching a fair resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law:

Strategicum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement
We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party vendors or suppliers, although we exercise due care in selecting and coordinating them
We are not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategicum, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services in violation of applicable laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to our website for business or operational reasons without notice.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Graz, Austria. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

16. Severability
